I've been eating here since I was a kid & I still drive 35mins to the city to get good food. They are still reasonably priced. They still give free soda if you spend $20. Their tripe, catfish & fish combos are the the bomb. The inside is very small so there will be many people waiting outside. Don't bother calling because they do not answer the phone anymore. They stay busy but your order will be ready quick - about 15-20mins, depending on what you get. Don't let the smell deter you. It's the trash out front.

Never disappoint. I always drive to them for food! I usually get the mixed fried rice, the chicken St. Paul and my partner gets the orange chicken.
This place is fire ...everything in here taste good, especially the catfish fillets...i love coming here...I recommend this place to anyone...food done in fifteen minutes for sure.
One of St. Louis Best Rice houses....if you are not ordering your food on the other side of the glass your not at an Original St. Louis Rice House... Some of the Best Catfish sandwiches in the City.... Chicken Wings you can never go wrong with... an if you like St. Louis style fried rice you wont go wrong here...it is a one door in one door out type of place but you cant go wrong here
